New You Tube Channel!!!

AnimateTheTubes is a new You Tube channel I created to work on my animation and video production skills. The plan is to produce animated shorts using audio from live action YouTube clips. I hope to release a new clip around every 2 months.

About Me:

I’m a scaffolder and I do FIFO work at Olympic Dam.

In 2009 I finished six years service as a Leading Seaman CSO in the Royal Australian Navy.

Prior to joining the Navy I worked in various fields of design including Web, Print, CAD and CAM.

I live in Sydney’s inner-west.

Studies:

Last year I completed studying a two year, full time Advanced Diploma of Screen and Media – Specialising in 3D animation and Visual FX.

Turns out there isn’t much demand for level designers or 3d generalists round here. This year I completed a safety at height course and basic scaffolding ticket. I’m working in mining while continuing to work on personal 3d projects.

Interests:
